Q: Why is it not drivable off lot? Because of the rust issues? Or other mechanical issues?
A: Specifically, because it needs a battery and alternator.
Q: Are there any service records available? Was this a municipal vendor when was it taken out of service?
A: Vehicle was in municipal service here at TOMSA its whole service life.
