This is a 2022 Home trailer made by Clayton. Our fire department used this as a live in quarters for 2 years while the firehouse was being renovated. This trailer is in great condition and everything is in working order. All plumbing has been winterized. It features an electric forced air heating system and A/C. The setup of this trailer has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, laundry area, open kitchen concept with an island, and living room area. The kitchen comes with an electric stove with hood and a refrigerator, all in good working condition. The master bedroom has two closets and is connected to the master bathroom which has 2 sinks. The other two bedrooms each have one closet.

A: 1165
Q: Is that a error $50,000 minimum bid? New one with delivery and setup is $70,000 ish ! Depending distance. $9,000 to move and set.
A: That is no error. With all of the add ons to this one, it was purchased for $135,000.

A: The title does not have the weight or model of the mobile home on it so I am not sure.

Q: How soon does it need to be moved
A: The winning bidder will have to move the trailer off the property within 2 weeks of council voting to approve the sale. That would mean the trailer would have to be moved by end of day Monday October 20th, 2025.
Q: Is the deck area in the rear attached to the trailer? Does that come with the trailer?
A: The deck does not come with the trailer, but there are two sets of fiberglass stairs that will come with it, as well as the a/c unit you see on the outside.

A: The trailer is for sale, not the lot it currently sits on. Once the trailer is purchased it will have to be moved off site.
