The vehicle must be picked up at the Uwchlan Township Police Department located at 717 North Ship Road, Exton, PA 19341. The transfer of title will take place at a local auto tag agency, and payment may only be made by certified bank check. The purchaser must be prepared to provide official identification at the time of purchase and be prepared to title the vehicle at the time of purchase. The winning bidder must complete the purchase within five (5) business days from the date the auction closes, unless the seller agrees to other arrangements.
