A: No heat/ac; no bed lift; no winch; I don't know what "pro" is. The vehicle is in working order and was in-service as a first responder vehicle until a few weeks ago when it was replaced as part of the scheduled fleet plan.

A: There is no visible rust or holes in frame floors or anywhere else. This vehicle has always been stored indoors.
