Full payment in the form of cashier's check, money order, wire or cash must be received within ten (10) business days of Notice of Award. Unless remittance is a wire transfer, payment must be made at the Finance window of the Municipality of Norristown, located in our new offices at 235 E Airy Street, Norristown. Q: Curious why the starting bid is higher than the price to get new ones? (And you don't have to drive as far to get them.) I'm not trying to be smart, just help you sell them.
