Full payment in the form of cashier's check, money order, wire or cash must be received within ten (10) business days of Notice of Award. Unless remittance is a wire transfer, payment must be made at the Finance window of the Municipality of Norristown, located in our new offices at 235 E Airy Street, Norristown.
