Trailer has water damage from a roof leak, with walls containing some rot.
Trailer does not have any plumbing for bathroom/sink/sewer.
The unit does have power and outlets, but nothing normal to a typical travel trailer.
There are no propane connections, or heat.
No refrigerator/cooking capabilities
Tires do inflate, but have dry rot and not sure of the condition of the wheel bearings.
