3 Pallets of Wood

You are bidding on a LOT of 3 pallets of wood that has been sitting inside for a few years. 2 pallets consisting of 146 pieces of Ponderosa Pine 1-1/4" X 12" X 16'  and 1 pallet consisting of 150 pieces of Oriented Strand, sheathing, Aspen 1/4" X 4' X 8' Pressure treated.  Everything is  Sold As Is. Will Not Separate. Must have trailer capable of removing all material at once. Will assist with loading. 

No other additional info is available regarding condition.

PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO INSPECT THE ITEM(S) PRIOR TO BIDDING AND SUBMIT BIDS BASED SOLELY ON THEIR PERSONAL INSPECTION AND EVALUATION.

Property must be paid for and removed within FIVE (5) business days of auction award.

For 3rd Party Pickup: Before property will be released, the winning buyer will be required to send an e-mail (from the winning buyer's e-mail address used for the auction), identifying the representative authorized to pick-up paid item on their behalf. The authorized representative will need to bring the Notice of Award, Paid Receipt (photo copies are acceptable), bill of lading (for transport or shipping company), and their picture identification (such as a Driver License).
