A: That is correct. However all vehicles that are purchased must be towed away.
Q: what is the interior condition of the vehicle? Does the vehicle have back seats? will the light bar be removed?
A: Light bar will not be removed. The interior of the vehicle is fair/serviceable. There are regular back seats however the prisoner divider is still installed and will not be removed.
Q: Has the water pump ever been changed?
A: Yes once a few years ago.
Q: Does the car have any transmission issues or motor issues?
A: None reported. Needs new Battery.
