Q: Is it possible to have the vinyl removed instead of being painted over? It prevents having to repaint the vehicle which is an unnecessary cost to the winning bidder. Just a suggestion
A: No , Decals already sprayed.
Q: Is the lettering painted on or vinyl?
A: It is vinyl--We do spray paint over all Essex county decals
