The location of this equipment is at the Mentor-on-the-Lake Fire Department, located at 5860 Andrews Rd Mentor-on-the-Lake, Ohio 44060. Pick up times will be Monday through Friday between the hours of 8a.m. and 3:30p.m. excluding holidays. As a condition the winner of the auction will: A. Provide Payment within 5 days of conclusion of auction and Removal of the equipment within 10 working days after the winning bidder has been notified. B. Provide the necessary equipment, tools and labor to remove the equipment from City Property. C. Remove the equipment safely and in accordance with applicable local, state and federal highway and transportation requirements. D. Be solely responsible for the removal of the equipment . E. Provide the necessary equipment, tools and labor to clean the work area post removal if required. F. Be responsible for any individual that may accompany the winning bidder, that is on City property, and is properly trained and/or licensed for the task they are performing. G. Be responsible for taking any and all necessary reasonable fire safety precautions at all times. PAYMENT TERMS All dollar figures are stated in U.S. Dollars. The equipment is being sold, for one lump sum on an AS-IS, WHERE-IS basis. Payment terms with the City are to be prepaid prior to the removal of the equipment from City property.
