The successful bidder shall present a certified or cashier’s check or Credit Card written by or on a local financial institution and payable to the order of “Town of Oxford” for the total amount of the vehicle and before receiving the bill of sale, keys, and vehicle. No personal checks will be accepted. Payment shall be delivered to the Oxford Town Office, 127 Pottle Rd., Oxford, ME 04270. Again, only after receipt of payment will the Town Manager issue the bill of sale, keys, and vehicle to the awarded bidder.
