SOME HARD DRIVES REMOVED AND VARIOUS DESKTOPS HAVE NO RAM...... ALL  ARE IN EXTREMELY USED CONDITION WITH STICKER RESIDUE.

1. Asset(s) are used equipment with mixed conditions (including non usable), and may contain defects not readily apparent by visual inspection. 

2. Asset(s) are being sold for parts and materials only. Buyer must follow HIPAA compliant data destruction guidelines to ensure that all hard drives are disposed of securely and in compliance with regulations and must provide documentation of disposal.

3. Buyer must follow HIPAA compliant recycling guidelines including "Secure transport and handling of IT assets"; "Data destruction using NIST standards" and "Environmentally responsible recycling" and must provide documentation of disposal.

4. Buyer MUST remove all NRSD related labels before being redistributed for other use

5. ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO EXCEPTIONS! Certified bank check or money order made payable to the NASHOBA REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT is due at the time of pickup.

6. Asset(s) are being sold as ONE LOT ONLY. Buyer is 100% responsible for pickup and loading of the items. NO BINS INCLUDED. WINNING BIDDER MUST BRING THEIR OWN CONTAINERS.

7. LOADING DOCK NOT AVAILABLE AT THE PICKUP LOCATION(s). NO SEMIS PLEASE, A PICKUP OR BOX TRUCK RECOMMENDED WITH LIFT GATE FOR BUILDING REAR ACCESS.
 
IMPORTANT: The asset(s) must be removed within 10 business days after the close of auction. Any asset(s) not picked up within that period will be subject to forfeiture to the next highest bidder and reported to Municibid as a deadbeat bidder.
