Q: Why can't these be shipped? Even if the buyer pays? It seems like a small enough item.
A: Hello, We should be able to arrange for shipment at the buyers expense. We recently worked with a buyer and this is how we made the transaction work. The winning bidder mailed us a cashiers check for the cost of the item. Once we received the check I notified them we received it and they arranged for a UPS pick up that they prepaid (we boxed it and put the mailing label they provided us on the box). That would be one option. If that doesn't work maybe we could figure out another way that works better for you. Being a municipality we have some pretty strict guidelines on how we sell items, so it just takes a little planning. Either way we would be happy to try to make that work for you.
Q: Are these all 12V & do all the LED's function ?
