The Stryker Power Cot and Load system was purchased new in 2015 and placed in service at that time. It has served Xenia Township reliably for (9) nine years, being retired in February 2024.
The Cot comes with one battery and a charger. The battery is nine years old. An internal battery is also contained in the Load System and was replaced in 2022.
The Cot and Load System received preventative maintenance annually, using a certified service technician by a reputable company. Records for service were maintained by the Fire Chief. The Cot and Load System are being auctioned due to the purchase of a new Medic in 2023. In 2024, a new Cot and Load System was purchased and installed in the new Medic.
