It started as a police cruiser and was transferred to the inspections department at city hall. This has been sitting for a while but was running when parked, but the engine was making some knocking noises. Batteries are dead and cannot guarantee it will start or run. The Tahoe has the vortec 5.3 V8 engine with the dual battery option. The interior and exterior are in fair shape but there is only one seat in the back passenger side and no other seats in the rear. Mild dents dings and regular wear and tear on the body. The tires and not in great shape but do hold air. Equipped with a reese hitch for towing. Due to the engine noises it would be best to tow this vehicle. This vehicle is at our city hall and can be seen in the parking lot, if additional inspection is desired please make an appointment. Feel free to email and ask any questions and they will be answered to the best of the ability. Thank you for looking!

Q: Does it run and anything wrong with it? Can it be driven home?
A: Battery is dead. It was running but the engine has a knock. I cannot suggest to drive. Would suggest to trailer or tow until the engine can be diagnosed.
