This vehicle is a retired Patrol vehicle. There are holes in the roof that were drilled for emergency equipment purposes. Body is in decent condition, some paint peel taking place on the hood. Power steering is inoperative. Property is sold as pictured. All emergency lighting has been removed. All property is sold “as is”, “where is”. All bidders are encouraged to physically inspect property before bidding.
Q: Has the reason for the lack of power steering been diagnosed?
A: The power steering was functioning when parked, but in that time, it has stopped working. Since the vehicle was being auctioned, we opted not to diagnose the issue.
Q: Is there any rust/where is it/is it surface rust or rusted through?
A: Vehicle has spent its entire like in Georgia, and sees little to no salt or corrosive situations. Any rust that does exist would be very minimal and not structural, and just surface.
Q: Hello How does the engine sound ? Does it have the Hemi tick ? Thanks
A: Engine sounds fine, lifter tap on start up or when after its been sitting for an extended period. Typical of the Hemi’s.
