This 40x80 "Tent" is currently used as a boathouse to store crew equipment. The City is undertaking a project at the site that will require it's removal. You can see by the photos that the structure is secured by connections to concrete blocks/footings in the ground. Removal will require someone with knowledge in removing this type of Tent. The Buyer is completely responsible for removal.
This is a substantial, well made Tent Dome in good shape as you can see from the pictures. There is NO RESERVE on this, but the buyer will need to be flexible on pickup date as we are working out arrangements on moving the current contents.
The Tent may be viewed at 356 Commercial Street, the Malden DPW site.

Q: is this a rebid
A: Yes. The original listing required the city to remove the contents before pickup. That took way too long for the original winner (and they were right). So it's now actually empty and ready to be removed.
Q: Total Height? and any other info. Does in leak?
A: The doors are 11.5 tall so you can get an idea of the height overall off of that. Guess is 16 to 18 feet. I don't think so but you are welcome to inspect if you want to take a close look at anything!
Q: can you pride the size of the doors?
A: Ten feet wide by 11.5 tall.
Q: Hey if we buy that would you guys have there that guys that can take it apart and get it ready for pickup obviously we would have to pay the guys and I would send a trailer up to pick it up
A: No, the buyer will have to disassemble. It may be that you can contract with someone. It was put up by the vendor when bought so it's not like we have anyone that has any special knowledge of 'the process'.
