Posts and Beams Wood Frame From An 1800's House

Wooden posts and beams.  Responsible for dismantling the house to remove any pieces of wanted frame.  All pieces not wanted can be left on the first floor deck to be removed by the Town. Winning bidder needs to show proof of insurance with the Town of Glocester listed as additionally insured. Policy should include Workers Comp and General Liability.  An Indeminity Agreement holding the Town harmless will need to be signed before any work begins.  Frame pieces need to be removed from site within 60 days.
