• Q: does everything work as it should? thank you

  A: the last time it was used (uncertain of when) The unit worked. It's sat in cold storage for years. All personal that used to work here are gone.

• Q: is the unit complete with rods and cutters

  A: the unit does have several sections of pipe, as far as cutters, i'm not an expert nor do i have knowledge to say what the pieces are

  A: yes trailer is 16'5" with tongue, pintle hitch and 7'4" fender to fender. Unknown condition of the tires, some have air, some don't
