We are a Vocational Technical School that has an Engineering program that is updating some of its equipment. Up for bid is a tensile strength testing machine. A: I can only relay information from our Engineering instructor. Its used to measure the tensile or breaking strength of items. This was a part of the curriculum in our engineering program. Outside of that I do not know the specifics and was only tasked with listing the item. Thanks
