Q: Hello Any heat or AC? If so working? Thanks
A: It has heat and A/C. We have never used either. Unsure if they still work.
Q: Is the toaster included? Please say yes.
A: yes, the toaster is all yours if you purchase it!!
Q: How much does this sucker weigh empty? Also, is the kitchen functional for real kitchen use or just functional for fire safety display purposes?
A: sorry, I cannot find a dry weight in any of the paperwork. I know the GVW is 15,600 lbs. We tow with a one-ton pickup with no issues. The kitchen is set up as a safety display.
Q: How long and wide is this bad boy?
A: 39 feet long, 8 feet wide, 11'11" height.
