A: Exact measurement is 13 feet 10 inches
Q: Does the garage door work as it should? Any leaks in the roof? Does electric work properly? Thank you
A: The garage door is manual no electric opener and works The electric does work (lights and receptacle) Shingles were replaced maybe 10 years ago
Q: how old is the shed?
A: Around 20 years. Not 100% sure. I would encourage you to look at it, it is in good shape.
Q: 32 days really????
A: The dates have to be coordinated with the Township Supervisors Meetings.
