This unit is sold on an as is where is basis with no written or implied warranties. Shed can be inspected Monday thru Friday from 7:00am – 2:30 pm. Contact Steve Strafalace at 724-625-1636x159 to schedule time.
The sale of this shed is scheduled to be approved at the Board of Supervisors meeting scheduled for November 17, 2025 however the Board reserves the right to reject the bids at their discretion.
Shed must be picked up within 10 business days of notification from The Township of Pine that the winning bid was accepted by the Board of Supervisors.
Q: What is the floor made of and is it included? Will the shed be dismantled?
A: The shed has a plastic floor that was part of the shed kit. The entire shed is currently sitting on a wood base with a plywood deck. The shed base is included with the sale unless the buyer does not want it. If the winning bidder request that the shed be dismantled, we could take it apart but all components would be stacked loosely and hardware would be combined in a box.

A: We could assist with loading it onto a trailer, but the buyer is responsible for securing the load and safe travel.
