The following terms apply to all vehicles sold at this auction. By bidding, you acknowledge and accept the conditions outlined below:
ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS IS.
No warranties, guarantees, or representations are made regarding the condition, completeness, or functionality of any vehicle. Parts may be missing and vehicles may not be operational.
ALL VEHICLES MUST BE TOWED.
No vehicle may be driven off the premises under any circumstances. Buyers are responsible for arranging towing and transportation.
TOWNSHIP DOES NOT HAVE THE TITLE.
Winning bidder will be provided the appropriate paperwork to obtain the title after auction, must apply with that paperwork to New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission to obtain title. Instructions will be provided upon pick-up of the vehicle.
Q: Can out of state buyers get a title with the provided paperwork, or does the winner have to be a NJ resident to apply for the title at NJ DMV? Thank you
A: Do not have to be a NJ resident, but must apply for title through NJ DMV first with the paperwork
Q: Do you have any interior pics and did airbags deploy thank you
A: No airbag deployment, only damage to the passenger side. Will update photos today for interior
Q: why is it not drivable off the lot.
A: All vehicles purchased must be towed/trailered from the lot per rules from township
