ALL VEHICLES MUST BE TOWED.
No vehicle may be driven off the premises under any circumstances. Buyers are responsible for arranging towing and transportation.
TOWNSHIP DOES NOT HAVE THE TITLE.
Winning bidder will be provided the appropriate paperwork to obtain the title after auction, must apply with that paperwork to New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission to obtain title. Instructions will be provided upon pick-up of the vehicle.

A: Paperwork for title must be submitted to NJ first, then title obtained can be presented to another state for title/registration
