Payment Terms: Payment in full must be made within 5 business days from the time and date of the Notice of Award. Failure to comply may result in the item being relisted or awarded to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder is responsible for removing the item(s) by Friday, March 20th at NOON. Please note that loading is the buyer's responsibility and pick-ups are by appointment only.
Payment Methods: Payments should be made to Cumberland County Facilities Management at 310 Allen Road, Carlisle, PA. Acceptable forms of payment include exact cash or cashier’s check payable to Cumberland County during normal business hours Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Credit card payments are also accepted in person or over the phone; however, please be aware that additional fees will apply.
Terms of Sale: Cumberland County, as the seller, offers no warranty or guarantees, implied or expressed, for the vehicle/item being sold, which is offered "AS IS". Bidders must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming a binding contract as a buyer.
Refunds: Please note that refunds will NOT be provided for items not picked up by the specified deadline.

A: I do not know the weight. It does have wheels
Q: What are the outside dimensions?
A: 26Wx40Hx27D are the only dimensions available.
Q: Does the locking mechanism work and is there a combination and key
A: The combination is taped to the front the safe. There is not a key. It was in use in one of our departments until they recently upgraded, so it was fully functional when it was retired. It is sold "as is".
