Additionally, the support bar is counterbalanced to facilitate smooth handling. Operating the processor is straightforward thanks to stop/start push buttons and a handy 5-minute timer. The controls are protected within a reinforced polyester enclosure that is high impact resistant, and the sealed buttons are fully washable for easy cleaning.
