Before the sold material will be released, the winning buyer will be required to send an e-mail (from the winning buyer's e-mail address used for the auction), identifying the representative authorized to pick-up paid item on their behalf. The authorized representative will need to bring the Notice of Award, Paid Receipt (photo copies are acceptable), bill of lading (for transport or shipping company), and their picture identification (such as a Driver License).
The Chicago Transit Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids received. The Chicago Transit Authority also reserves the right to withdraw any auction, at any time, without notification obligation whatsoever.

Q: Is the scrubber outside or easily accessible to be loaded onto a trailer. Can you assist getting onto a trailer ?

Q: Does the scrubber tires ( front and rear hold air ?what size are the tires ?
A: They do hold air, they are flat from the long tike it has been sitting.. I don't know the size
Q: Is the blue tractor included in the price
A: I don't understand the question... There is no tractor, the blue machine is the scrubber and opening bid is $500
