**Pickup Only—No Shipping:** The item must be picked up within two (2) weeks of the auction’s closing date. If it is not picked up within that period, it may be offered to the next-highest bidder. Pickup is available Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The exact pickup location will be provided to the winning bidder.
The winning bidder is solely responsible for registering the aircraft with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), complying with Remote ID requirements, obtaining any required pilot certification or airspace authorization, and following all applicable federal, state, and local laws before operating the aircraft. Any prior FAA registration associated with the aircraft will be canceled by the seller and will not transfer to the purchaser.
