Q: no ac can be symptom of water pump failure, do you know if ac issue is specific to electric, need a recharge or possibly connected to engine light and pump?
A: it is an ac pump issue

A: yes the check engine light is on.

A: the car has to be jumped and will drive

A: The car will need to be jump started and it is not registered or insured at this time so it can't be driven.

A: original water pump, not sure if any dash warning lights are on

A: I don't know, but it was used for PD and Fire services - cloth interior
