The winning bidder may designate a representative to pick up their item. If that happens, the winning bidder must provide West Milford Township with the representative’s company name and/or the representative’s individual name, in writing, to be reviewed and accepted by West Milford Township before any items will be released. Payment is due within five (5) business days of winning an auction. No deposits or partial payments accepted. Payment shall be made through Municibid.
