Double Wide Portable Office Building - Surplus Auction
Up for auction is a double wide portable office building. Please note, it will require repairs to the roof and flooring along the center seam where the two sides join.
The winning bidder will need to provide their own wheels; however, the axles and hitches remain attached. Included with the sale is one set of aluminum steps, all cinder blocks, and anchor points. The condition of any mechanical, electrical, or plumbing fixtures is unknown.

Q: Are the axles still underneath? Are the tongues/hitches still attached, or were they cut off? What is the frame made from—channel steel or I-beam? Is there any major rust?
A: Trailer is as pictured and described, axles and hitches remain intact, and believed to be channel steel frame. Unknown on rust.
Q: What are the exterior dimensions? (e.g., 24×60, 28×64, etc.) Is the roof leak active, or has it been temporarily repaired? Can any interior photos be provided? Does the HVAC operate? Have the two halves ever been separated since installation? Are the axles, hubs, and hitches in transportable condition, or will they need rebuilding?
A: -Approximate 20'x30' -Possibly active, has been abandoned a while and unmonitored -As stated above mechanical systems are unknown (no utilities) -Has been moved and separated during its lifespan -They are complete and appear to move freely
