The successful bidder shall remit payment by cash or certified check payable to Leet Township. Full payment must be received and clear before or at the time of equipment removal. The successful bidder is responsible for removing the equipment within ten (10) business days following the payment clearing, unless alternative arrangements have been approved in advance by the Township. The purchaser shall be solely responsible for all costs associated with the transfer, loading, transportation, and removal of the vehicle and/or equipment, including any applicable taxes, title fees, registration fees, or other related expenses. The Leet Township Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process if deemed to be in the best interest of the Township.
