Unit starts and runs; however, it begins producing smoke after the engine warms up. The cause of the smoke has not been diagnosed.
This vehicle was used extensively on and around the beach and has significant rust and corrosion throughout.
There is no distinguishable or legible serial/identification number present on the unit.
Additional mechanical, electrical, structural, cosmetic, or other defects may exist that are unknown to the City.
