Q: Will Need Original Bill of Sale , It should Have been Titled , Very hard (Almost imposable) to Register in any state without a Title , also same issue with Trailer ! , Your thoughts Please
A: We are municipality therefore do not need to title or register anything we drive or tow. We have a certificate of origin for the trailer and will provide the correct paperwork for you to get the trailer titled. The boat we are still looking for any paperwork we have on it but it has never left our properties - 4 fresh water lakes
Q: Is there a transferable registration for trailer and boat? It's illegal to sell a boat with out one state to state I bought a sea skiff fixed it up really nice they refused a trans female title or registration .the boat was from New Hampshire.
A: We have a certificate of origin on the trailer. We will provide paperwork for the next owner, so they are able to register it. The boat we are looking to see if we have anything on it, we are a municipality, so we are not required to register any of our vehicles/trailer/water craft
