Approximately two years old and has been used only 10 times since purchased new. The lift is in excellent overall condition with very minimal use. It was operational when last used and has been stored when not in use. Normal minor cosmetic wear from storage and limited use may be present. Sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the lift prior to bidding.

Pickup/Shipping: The buyer is solely responsible for all costs and arrangements associated with pickup, loading, transportation, or shipping of purchased items. Items must be picked up within 15 working days following the close of the auction, unless an alternative timeframe has been agreed upon in advance. Pickup must be scheduled in advance and completed during WOTA's normal business hours unless otherwise arranged. Items not removed within the required timeframe may be subject to forfeiture unless prior arrangements have been made with WOTA. Ownership and responsibility for the item transfer to the buyer upon completion of payment and release of the item. The buyer assumes all responsibility for the item upon removal from WOTA property. Western Oakland Transportation Authority (WOTA) reserves the right to reject any bid or cancel the sale when permitted under the auction terms and applicable requirements.
