Payment in full is due to the Township of Upper Pottsgrove no later than 5 working days after the close of the auction. Payment by Cash, Certified Check, or Money Order will be accepted, unless other arrangements have been made and approved by the Township of Upper Pottsgrove, prior to the close of the auction. Auction winner must contact the Township within 48 hours of close of auction. All sales are final with no warranty, written or implied.
