Why is my invoice canceled?

If you receive an email stating Municibid has canceled your invoice, you may disregard this email. You will receive this email if you had requested to pay for the item you won with a credit card, but you chose to pay with another payment method. For example, say you win an item that Municibid manages the payment for. At first you requested to pay via credit card and Municibid emailed you a credit card invoice, but you changed your mind and decided to send us a wire transfer instead. Municibid will mark your invoice paid with your wire transfer payment and we will cancel the credit card invoice we had created for you.

You are still able to pick up the item you had won, because you paid for it via wire transfer!
