Engine does not crank. Starter will not spin. Brake chambers have been caged to move around yard. Multiple hydraulic leaks under body - unknown. Rust throughout vehicle including frame and rocker areas. Transmission has oil leak. Engine oil pan rusted and leaking. Before engine no start, vehicle built up air pressure and hydraulics worked to raise and lower body. Unknown condition at this time due to no start.
