The successful bidder shall make payment to Jenks Township in the form of cash, cashier's check, certified check, or money order, made payable to the Jenks Township, PO Box 436, Marienville, PA 16239. Buyer is responsible for all transfer fees. Equipment is being sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS". No warranty applies. No Returns are accepted. Successful bidder shall remove the item(s) within seven (7) calendar days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof.
