Truck was purchased used in 2011 with 24,000 miles. It is municipal owned, mechanically in good condition with 47,237 current miles. Strong running DT466E with 5228 original hours. Valley Equipment installed a factory remanufactured 4 speed Allison transmission in it March of 2017 at 43,048 miles. The pinion and wheel seals were recently replaced. Full brake job done in 2016. New steer tires last year. Rear tires are recaps but in good condition. New dump gate air cylinder last year. The underbody scraper works but has one cylinder needing a seal replaced as it slowly leaks hydraulic fluid. The front plow is a Root with 30" Husting lift and functions as it should. Rubber cutting edge under steel cutting edge, newer shoes. It comes with a brine tank, salt auger and spreader. Functionality and condition of tank, auger and spreader is unknown as the municipality has never used it and its been stored inside since purchasing. The truck was used minimally for snow removal and has primarily been used to haul. Typical wear/tear and rust in places but overall a mechanically sound piece of equipment. 152" wheel base. 10' underbody scraper. 10' Root front plow with 30" Husting hitch.
