We are offering for sale, a 1999 International 4900 Cab and Chassis. This unit also comes equipped with a 10 foot Flink Snow Plow. This truck has an electric brake controller, central hydraulics, always live PTO, spreader controls via central hydraulics, working scissor lift and a double wrap frame. There is excessive rust on the frame. There is also a crack in the frame (picture attached). this truck also has low mileage and low engine hours. There is excessive rust in the rear drums, so truck should be towed.
