1996 International 5 speed 2 speed rear, 11 ft root plow, spreader and spinner, electric tarp, dump body has new steel floor welded in along with new sides and recently painted. Truck runs and drives great but unfortunately truck failed inspection. Station stated rear frame crossmember on the hoist is rotted on both sides, both cab mounts are rotted, and driver side floor pan is rotted. Truck is being sold as pictures show. Please be patient.
