We have sold numerous things on Municibid, from large equipment to very small equipment, to things we didn’t really think people would want to buy. Municibid was able to reach an audience that allowed us to sell every item. The best thing that happened to us this year was the introduction of the Municibid app. It allows us to go out in the field with a cell phone or iPad and create and post the listing from there.

Eagle Butte was founded in 1910 and today operates under a city council form of government. City Hall, located on Main Street, has long served as the hub for local administration, including oversight of the city's wastewater superintendent, as documented in a 2015 EPA record. The city's mailing address is 209 Main Street, Eagle Butte, South Dakota.
Like many small South Dakota communities, Eagle Butte relies on a handful of essential public services to keep daily life running smoothly. Local news coverage of city council meetings points to an active fire department and a public works function that includes wastewater management, both coordinated through City Hall for the benefit of residents.
